He came out on a Saturday after calling on Friday night when I had concerns about bare wires in my attic. He did a complete inspection of the wiring and found there to be no issues. He even stayed around for us to run several test of the circuit to make sure the issue did repeat and gave us several options and recommendations if it happens again.
